Rheumatoid Arthritis / Systemic Lupus Clinic

Rheumatoid Arthritis is a disease, which affects small and large joints of the body with systemic effects. Systemic Lupus Erythematisus (SLE) is a multi system connective tissue disease, which involves joints, skin, kidney, brain, heart, lung etc. This disease is more common in women compared to men (8:1). If the disease is diagnosed early and treated by doctors experienced in the field the disease can be kept under good control. Late diagnosis and improper management leads to disastrous outcome.
